AS PART OF AN ASHRAM EXPERIENCE :
NOTE:
- There is no manual handed to students, so bring your notebook as you will make your own manual during lectures. This is to keep the mind sharp and focused and give students space for asking questions, creating discussions and hence learning from each other.
- We have a library of books that you can read and study in your free time.
- We do not provide any uniform, please bring your own comfortable clothes for practicing.
- Food is included in the price of the course. We cook Sattvic food, based on seasonal vegetables, dairy and Ayurvedic herbs. For the duration of the course you can enjoy pure delicious yogic cuisine that is still cooked on fire as the set up of our kitchen is very traditional Ayurvedic one.
- If you have any allergies or diet restrictions, please let us know in advance.
- Hot water, Blankets and Towels are provided.
- Students themselves have to take care of the room for the duration of the stay, keeping the room neat and clean.
- ·We do not have a laundry service, each room is equipped with a bucket that allows you to wash your clothes by hand.
