Everything you need to know before your stay at Maunvan — from daily life at the ashram to how to reach us.

Ashram Experience

Stay Without a Course Commitment

We welcome guests who wish to stay at Maunvan without committing to a full program. The price of the room always includes the option to join any running yoga class. You are welcome to simply relax, and if you feel inspired you may participate in the sessions. Over the years we have hosted many seekers who come purely to find peace and quiet in a natural, sacred setting — joining the ancient tradition of ashram living.
